AZPA prohibits retaliation of any kind against reports or concerns raised in good faith.
To make it easier for the company to conduct actionable and effective investigations, include a detailed description of the incident (who, what, when, how) and supporting evidence (for example: copies of documents, screenshots, or names of witnesses) that may verify your report. Please note that general statements cannot be investigated.
The company's management team has a process for evaluating the relevant problems that arise in order to adopt the appropriate measures in each case.
